How does Schedule Express handle overtime?
Overtime can be assigned automatically using sort options and tie-breaker rules, so it is distributed in a consistent and defensible order. Supervisors can see where overtime is building, and staff can sign up for overtime from the mobile app.
Can it follow our union rules and work rules?
Yes. Work rules are defined to each department's requirements, with roles, security and approval chains to match. Fatigue management, qualifications and shift patterns, including 24-hour rotations, are supported through those rules.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Staff can view schedules, sign up for overtime and request or approve shift trades from their phone, and they are notified automatically when the schedule changes.
